We provide a very safe and friendly environment
to gradually "push the limits" of what you can do.

Many of our students only want to compete once
to reach their goal of "walking the walk".

Again, it's all about stretching the "comfort
zone"!

With one year's training, 2 of our students
successfully competed at age 45
with absolutely no prior combat experience.
