Q. How do I know if Family Kickboxing is the right school for me?
A. There are many clubs that teach various combat sports. A punch is a punch and a kick is a kick. Ahhh, but there is so               much more to Total Fitness! This involves much, much, more work and commitment on the part of the instructor and
unfortunately many are not ready for that kind of “whole hearted” commitment to their students. For many, teaching                    Martial Arts is a hobby or a job not a passion!  Unlike most places we let you enjoy a full 2 weeks at no cost . This way              you and  only you will make the final decision.

Q. I don’t know if I can do this... Don't I have to be athletic or in good shape to be doing                       Kickboxing?
A. NO! That’s the whole idea isn’t it? You don’t have to be good at sports to excel in Kickboxing. As you progress in your                beginner lessons you will quickly learn how to get your body, mind and emotions into excellent condition and this will               reflect positively in every other area of your life.  Have a quick look at some of  the "before & after" pictures and also at the          "fun stuff" pics.  As you can see, we  are all "regular" folks.

Q. I’m 50, am I to old?
A. Your as old as you “THINK”. Age is irrelevant. Yes it may take a little longer and that’s fine. But why not do yourself a favor          and “nock” 5 years off your age and  start feeling vibrant again? For most people who start feeling old, it has nothing to             do  with age, but rather a lack of activity. A rule that your body lives by, is “you don’t use it, you lose it”!

Q. How often should a student attend class?
A. We recommend 2 or 3 sessions per week. Obviously we offer more classes but twice a week is a great start.

Q. Why is Kickboxing the ultimate family activity'?
A. Kickboxing is great for teenagers and adults of all ages! It is one the few athletic activity that you can do together as a                 family. Mom and Dad can be participants, not just spectators! All benefit equally. Not to mention that “a family that plays            together stays together”. Kickboxing is a tremendous way for families to successfully “navigate” the often turbulent                     teenage years.

Q. What do I need to wear ... ?
A.  New students can train in what they feel comfortable in, such as track pants and T-shirt.
Remember that you will be doing various stretchs so wear something that you will feel comfortable in.

Q. How much are the tuitions?
A. Tuitions range from as low as $40/mo to as high as $65/mo, average being around $55/mo.
When you come in Julie will eplain the differences.
