(Resistance Training)
Weighting Lifting Workout
Our resistance training workout includes a good warm-up,
good stretching and a complete weight lifting workout.
Our goal is to tone up (tighten) and strengthen all muscle groups.
The workouts are designed for regular folks and not for power
athletes or bodybuilders.
You are supplied with proper workout “sheets” to track your
progress.
All major muscle groups will be trained.
Proper exercise technique is taught.
The workouts -- start relatively easy but the intensity will be raised gradually.
In order to develop proper “stabilizer” strength in the various muscle groups,
we use light and heavy dumbbells extensively.
Various (high intensity) training principles are taught once a foundation has
been laid.
Class size is strictly limited.
The cost is only $60 for 3 months, or $30 monthly. (cost subject to change)
You must be a regular Kickboxing student.
The classes are held Mon. and Wed. at 8:00 PM
Class are approx. 1:15 min.
